I used to be like that too, but eventually busted out the vibrator during intercourse and now I can orgasm during intercourse with the best of 'em. Women are interesting because they are stimulated by the clitoris (and by thinking of sexy things) and men are stimulated by thrusting motions. With some women (I keep hearing 30% thrown around) they can have orgasms without clitoris stimulation, but that ain't me or many of my friends. Another thing is that most of the nerves in the vagina are near the opening, not deep inside, and there are LOTS of nerves on the clit. I keep hearing from older women too, that sex gets better when a woman is in her 30s, and even better in her 40s. We take longer to peak, whereas men peak at 18 or so... It takes practice and lots of clitoris stimulation generally. Good luck and sorry this isn't a guy's opinion, but I have talked to a lot of people about this...

Most women don't even experience an orgasm or pleasure during sex. I know I sure do! lol. But some women don't. They need direct clitoral stimulation in order to orgasm. This is why couples do foreplay, and have oral sex, because it is concentrated right on the clit, which makes a girl orgasm faster. Sometimes it depends on which position she is in too, there are different positions that give you different pleasures. She should try different positions, and also, have her rub her clit, or tell her to tell her boyfriend to do it, while they are having sex. It works. It's normal for her to experience this. :)

Maybe some underlying issues that may need some attention with a gynocologist or a talk therapist. Sometimes friends keep certain issues private from others. Maybe its a physiological issue which is where a gynecologist would come into the picture.
Best of look to your friend.

A lot of women don't have orgasms during sex. They need to be externally stimulated, whether they are excited or not. She may want to try being on top, that may do the trick.

Sounds to me like she is not getting enouph stimulation on her clitoris, she should try to pleasure herself first or by herself then don't just expect the guy to know what you are feeling and think he should just know what to do. Help him out and let him know what gives you pleasure.
