since you did not say what time you meant im going to give you more then one answer

age between 23-30
when your married
when you have a good job
when your living in a house or apt and not with parents
around spring or summer time or in the start of the new year (hopefully you will avoid a winter baby not like me having one after the winter storm)
when your both ready
after a year or two of being married so that way the relationship is stable
