Our local groundhog is about 20.
If it is cloudy, then we will have more winter.
Cloudy sky in Feb is due to the direction of air currents, thereby bringing in more cold weather - hence winter continues.

"Supposedly" there has only been ONE Phil and hes been making predictions for over 120yrs but I highly doubt that.
