Yes. Hitting people without the supervision of some governing body, with or without their consent, is considered assault and battery in the eyes of the law.

yes, because you cant fight with out a ref, if you get a ref and charge people to pay the ref then it's legal, but you can't bet on them, then again whats the fun if you can't make bets
