If you are talking about the slight recession of the moon from the earth (about an inch a year), you should know:
- It isn't a problem -- there is no reason for anybody to care;
- Neither NASA nor anybody else can do anything about it, because it arises from the tides.

I didn't know the moon had a problem to solve. By the time the moon gets appreciably far away, either we will have blown ourselves to death and there will be no NASA or we'll have global warming and it will be too cloudy so see the moon so no-one will care.
Seriously, trying to correct the moon's orbital problems is beyond the resources of NASA.

The moon is not going away, and it isn't a problem. Do a little more background work before you worry about it.
(It will take more than 15 million years for the moon to move one tenth of one percent further away than it is now. I doubt NASA will still be in operation then.)

I don't know when, but from a source I got out that there are going to be nuclear explosions involved. However, United States, the positions of the continent, the sun, the average climate of Earth...is all going to be changed, so NASA shouldn't be too worried.

I think NASA will solvethis problem when they make a really good invitation. This way they could send it to the moon and then it won't feel so left out anymore, and thus won't be inclined to leave again.

I don't think they can. It will be millions of years before that becomes a problem, and there are other issues that we will face also: like the Earth's rotation is slowing down, the sun is moving further away and is slowly dying. There are some things we can't, and probably never will be able to change. Don't worry...Be Happy!

NASA has nothing to do with nature taking its course. Even with all of the technology it does not stop nature. The moon is swinging in further circles due to a galaxy growth. Sucks for us but thats nature. She is alot bigger than we are.

If it were going away faster, it mighht be a problem. By the time it becomes a problem, hopefully we as a race will be long gone from Earth.

the earth and moon have gravitation attraction for eachother. The moon will spiral in and crash into the earth before it leaves.
