Well, all I have to say is don't go to school at the University of Oregon in Eugene. There are some nice-looking girls there, but not many, while most girls outside of the campus can't hold a candle to what you'd find in most places in California.

With that being said, if you spend 3 months around girls that aren't up to your expectations of "hotness," you will eventually lower your expectations and begin to pick out the better-looking girls.

And besides, you're going to college to get an education and get drunk. Meeting girls is a bonus. Be happy that one even wants to talk to somebody who'd make a comment such as yours (or mine!)

Both of the previous answerers are stereotyping, and your question is a little ridiculous. There are thousands of women at UC Irvine, and they come from all over. There is no school where the admissions committee is a modeling agency and, as you may recall, they didn't ask for pictures during the admission process. I'm sure you will find plenty of attractive women there, and there will also be many who are not your taste - too tall, too short, too pale, too dark, too thin, too heavy, nose too big, nose too small.

are you kidding, you're talking california, the girls are plastic!!! besides if you spend all your time chasing girls you won't have that scholarship for long if you don't keep the grades up.
and if you don't have lots of money, the girls aren't interested, unless you're going to be a doctor, and then you won't have time.
