In firefox go to Tools -> Options -> Security -> Click on appropriate options for cookies
in IE go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Privacy -> Advanced -> Click on appropriate options for cookies

On your internet tool bar look for tools and look at the options then look for 1 that says "Internet Options" Then delete your cookies and your files wont hurt too am
