If you're in a cafe, & 2 waitress's-(ages 16 & 23) & the owner (who's greek) says they never heard of The Doors or Jim Morrison? (I even drew up "The Doors" logo & they still didn't recognize it!) All i could say is "Watch the movie!"

So why do you think you need to do something? You explained they were a band, acted enthusiastic, drew the logo. Do anything else and they'll be thinking restraining order.
Jim Morrison isn't in the movie and there are some discrepancies in the story so not the best reference.
Eat somewhere else.

First of all, at that young of an age its no surprise they havent heard of The Doors...and if they havent heard of The Doors then they certainly dont have a clue who Jim Morrison is.
Maybe if you had started singing "People are Strange".......

That's when u know ur old. I to have experienced a similar situation and it was quite a wake up call. But i just push it off by saying they are stupid for not knowing.

well at 16 they listen to rap and some at 23 maybe they
were not brought up with it from the parents , and you said
