Steve Nash is a hell of a player don't get me wrong. I wish the mavs would have never gotten rid of him. I'm a Mavs fan so i may be a bit biased. The thing that annoys me is that people keep talking about how bad the Suns are playing since Nash has been hurt. So the Suns basically suck without him. Why is it that Dirk gets no credit because the mavericks have a better overall team that can STILL win even if he is out, as he was for a few games earlier in the season? Most NBA teams have that one player that if they were out, the team would basically disappear off the map. But, because the Mavs have a good team all around, Dirk should be overlooked? Why not just vote for Lebron every year. Cleveland would be a 20 win team without him. What about Miami? Take away Wade and they are a 20 win team as well. Take away Dirk and I believe this mavs team could still be one of the top 4 teams in the west. Either way, go MAVS 44-9!!
