I couldn't choose either one because I don't have a personal relationship with them. Sometimes your opinion about another person is clouded because of tv hype. If you go by what you see on tv or whatnot, then Bow Wow tends to be more confident and outspoken so people wouldn't think that he's respectful. Then there's Romeo who's not in the spotlight as much and because of that you really can't get an insight about him so people would probably say that he's more respectful.

Romeo seems to come across more respectful. Bow Wow is acting a little too cocky or over confident recently. It seems as though the money has gone to his head. Romeo has been spoiled as hell!, and still seems humble even though he has gone by the name of Richy Rich.

Ok, Romeo has clout just cause of the relation with Snoop Dog, Bow Wow has clout cause of his Raps from day one and his looks and His acting! he was on smallville and did an awesome job! Bow Wow Baby!
