Over the entire world there are 1.01 males for every female, so the balance is pretty close overall. In the US there are .97 males for every female at birth but that goes to 1:1 by adulthood.

Fewer girls are born in some countries because female fetuses are aborted because male infants are more prized.

Some studies indicate that Hepatitis B may have something to do with the reduction in male-to-female infant births. Perhaps hep B affects male infants?

In areas where there are wars there are typically more females than males because males tend to be killed in war in greater numbers than females.

Overall it tends to balance out.

A ratio is used as a measurement of certain units between two factors. What ratio are you referring to? The amount of women to men? The amount of women who still enjoy sex as compared to 20 years ago? The amount of women in the sex trade as compared to other countries? Your question is incomplete but it is one I will come back to if you can specify your meaning. Thanks

The male:female ratio is pretty equal all around the world. However in China, the number of men outnumbers women because males are favored and female fetuses are aborted.

the availability is unquestionably much less, yet why are you specific that the call for is greater? it might desire to easily be that the desire to marry is far less hassle-free and much less extreme between Indian men than between indian females; this is, a scarcity of call for. If the call for is decrease than the availability, this is the place the subject starts off. that would desire to be explanation why it is annoying for Indian females to get married.

I do not really know, but if it is true, it is not good news.

Statistics has proved that the male sex ration increases when the world is preparing for big scale war. This had happened before the two major wars. (w.w. 1, w.w.2)
