I keep seeing the commercials following up some show about a secret a couple weeks back... what was the secret?

Basically, the secret is whatever you own expectations are, that is what will happen to you. You need to think positive thoughts and have dreams to secced in order to be happy. She did the show because there is a book and a movie coming out about the "secret". Of Course, Oprah makes a point of saying many times on her show that she has always lived the secret, just didn't know it was a secret.

If it's in relation to a show from about a week ago or so... I believe it's in reference to a book called "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. The premise of the book is that everyone is governed by the 'Law of Attraction' which basically states that like attracts like, "so when you think a thought, you are also attracting like thoughts to you." That "thoughts are magnetic, and thoughts have frequency.... your current thoughts are creating your future life. What you think about the most or focus on the most will appear as your life. Your thoughts become things".
There is a movie that accompanies the book featuring modern day self-help teachers that use the law of attraction to teach people how to change their lives and attract money, love, health, etc. to them. It's sort of like the reaping what you sow.... By changing negative thoughts to positive thoughts, you in effect bring positive things and experiences into your life rather than negative.
