ALL PEOPLE FLOAT because of the physical composition of the human body. Water isnt fussy about the size or colour of the person floating around in it but will take advantage of a panic attack and send them to the deep dark bottom as punishment for not believing in themselves.

Most people are "floaters" and some people on "sinkers". Body density varies from person to person. A lot has to do with how much body fat you have versus how much lean muscle you have.

I don't think you can stereo-type floater vs. sinker based on race. You could probably make some assumption based on other items.

For example, I would be comfortable saying that the top marathon runners (male, female, white, black, hispanic, etc.) are sinkers. These people have very little body fat and lots of lean muscle.

Women tend to be more floaty than men. It is scientifically proven that women (as a whole) tend to have more fat tissue than men; however, I can easily find exceptions to counter both sides. Once again it comes down to the individual.

I too have considered a basketball sized flat black sphere floating in my mattress room. in many cases it strikes very slowly alongside the factor the place the wall meets the ceiling. it might save on with the edge of the room as I sat up in mattress, rubbed my eyes and heavily watched it. This got here approximately in all probability a pair of million/2 a dozen cases over the process two years on a similar time as i became residing with a pal/roommate. That abode especially had an rather stable capability vibe, so finding decrease back on it now i assume I wasn t all that stunned via it.

This is so funny. My Mum has been convinced of this nearly all her life. My siblings and I have all grown up believing this. I haven't dared to swim with any afro carribean freinds all my life, in case they sank!

It is body fat %. The fatter you are, the better you float.

i think it has to do with their hair - haven't you noticed water beads off of it? that's probably the same principle so they float in water.

that and eat fried chicken and watermelon while floating.
