call 100 using any local phone...give them ur friend's full name

Kindly visit http://www.yellowpages.com.sg and select Residential/People tab, click on it. Then input your friend's name or full name for a narrow search and select the area your friend is residing at. In case you don't where your friend lives, it is ok, you can still key in your friend's name. Yellowpages will still do the searching for you.
