I just bought a new PC with Windows Vista. I've tried to download some software that require to have Java Script to open but, I have not been able to because I've tried downloading it from the net but, apparently the net is not ready for Windows Vista yet.

come with java script? you mean java, made by SUN MicroSystems. go to that website and get it, but there aren't any guarantees that they're going to have a vista compatible version out yet. I know I wouldn't support it.

As for Vista being ready. If anyone else is old enough here to remember, vista was known as Longhorn first. I have it installed on a laptop of mine from back then. It says Windows Vista Beta in the corner, and will continue to do so because that version was totally different than the crap microsoft just released. The release date was SUPPOSED to be OCTOBER 2003. more than 3 years later... I guess they had some trouble with it, like they still are.

Hello,

Do you mean Java or javascript? I think that you might have a few problems when using IE7 since some javascript functions on web pages may not be compatible with it yet. About Java I think that the last version ( the 6.0 ) might be compatible. But you better check before installing anything.

Good Luck.

I don't recommend people switch immediately to a new Operating System for at least 1 year out from introduction date. This is because there are bugs and other issues that need time to get resolved properly.

WIN XP has been refined for years and is probably the most stable WIN OS available today.

"the net is not ready for Windows Vista yet."

Well, actually, Microsoft wasn't ready to release Windows Vista yet so the internet is not the only one.

That appears like an internet site difficulty, are you specific that the video wasn't deleted? once you get a sparkling workstation, youtube generally says you opt for the latest version of Adobe Flash participant yet supplies a link, and if it incredibly is the case, you wont see ANY movies on youtube till you have put in it.
