don't be a conformist...just be who you are and you'll be unique.

I find is strange that were all striving to be "uniquely different" where, if we act or dress too differently, then we are shunned, but if we all look the same, we are ignored. That's why people crave their 15 min of fame so badly, they wish to stand out and be accepted. To answer you question more directly, yes, we are all human, but what makes us individuals are our personalities, our likes and dislikes, our opinions. It's similar to genes, scientists have found everyone has the gene for a tail, but it is shut off because we have no use for it. Every so often, the gene turns on and someone is born witha tail.

The perception of the person that finds you different and unique is what makes it so.

My favorite part of "The Little Prince" is the part where the fox sat in the wheat field, because the wheat reminded the fox of the little boy's blond hair. There may be a lot of blond people in the world, but the little boy was "unique to me in all of the world."

If you are wanting to be different and unique to someone, know who you are and be that. The rest is really up to them.

Live well

I think a persons "uniqueness" is a function of their attitude. How do they perceive their environment and the people within it? Where do they feel their place is within this perception and how do they react to these realizations? Everybody deals with reality in different ways which reveals their character, thus their uniqueness.

I'm not sure what you mean by the bullying part of your question, but we all look at people differently depending on many things: How we are feeling at a particular time, how that person looks at this time, what that person may have said or done recently, what someone else may have said or done about or to that person recently... and on and on.

i think you're unique and different if you do and believe what YOU WANT and not what everyone else believes. I think that everyone who is not a sheep is unique. People with interesting views, ideas and opinions.
