Sorry, it's a scam. It is impossible to win a lottery if you did not buy a ticket. There is no such thing as a lottery of email addresses.

Yahoo! doesn't run a lottery (and certainly not cooperatively with MSN!) -- see the link below for a lot more info on Yahoo Lottery scam emails...

Does it specifically mention your name? Did you enter the lottery? If you can't say yes to both those questions, there is no doubt that it is a scam.

I received one too/ They asked questions about my checking account and then told me that in order to receive the money I needed to provide $3,500.00 to "cover the wire transfer cost". Dont' believe it. It's a scam.

Do not respond to it at all costs! It is a scam, not only u are risking contamination of ur p.c but worst, ur bank account will be compromised.

probaly not there are many scams out there i get a lot myself remember if it sounds too good to be true it probaly is.
