It really frustrates me that some of the best Candidates are not Candidates. I would have no problem voting for Dr. Rice. She has proven Herself to me under tremendous fire.
I still remember the Senate Investigations of 9-11 when they were trying to get a rise out of Her. She was unwavering and strong. Remeniscent of Maggie Thatcher.
Also Newt Gingrich, I know He would follow in Reagans footsteps.

Miss Rice has the chance to show her wares in the Presidential derby together with Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and others so that the people will have many choices.

The woman who was the NSA when we were attacked on 9/11? The woman who was buying shoes while New Orleans drowned? The one who slipped and called Bush her husband?

She may have a doctorate in some obscure subject and have been steadily promoted because of affirmative action and major toadying but she in no way rises to the level of presidential material even with Bush as the lowered standard.

Yes. I dont think that there has ever been a real presidential candidate from Alabama, and since I am from Al, I would like to see her run

The Goddess forbid! I definitely would not want to see anyone, regardless of whether she is black, yellow, green white or red, who is as intimately connected with the Bush administration as she is run for President. However, if Barbara Lee or Maxine Waters, who are both Black, would throw their hats in the ring, I would definitely be in their corner.

She could probably do the job. But, she has her feet covered in OIL and the lies and deceit of the Bush Administration. If she gets out soon, writes a tell all book about the inner workings of Bushco and swears to amend her ways from what she learned from the Bushies.

The U.S. Presidential election process is exceedingly brutal. I'd not like to see a fine person like her submitted to that ordeal.
But, that being said, I also believe she would be a great President. She's strong, articulate, intelligent, quick of wit and has a wonderful sense of humor.
She's right up there at the top of my list of "likes" for the job.

I personally think Condi is a better female candidate than Hillary ever could wish to be (Dems please feel free to give me the thumbs down). She is a positive person and not a divider like Hillary. Unfortunately we will never see her run. I wish she threw her name into the hat for NFL Commissioner.
