I want to pay her back, not financially she doesnt need anything, but She is been so good to me, I want to do something for her, that doesnt involve money what can I DO?

All you need to do is be a good friend back, if she needs you be there, get her back when she needs it. She will appreciate that stuff....

A heart felt card sent through the mail is always a nice surprised to get from a friend, letting them know you are thinking about them and are glad they are here on earth. Cooking a meal and inviting your friend over for dinner, maybe chatting afterward, or watching a video you both like but have seen many times so if you talk over or through the film it doesn't matter. But, basically, friends don't have to "pay back" anything 'cause you're friends because you mean something to each other.

I would bake her some cookies and go over to her house and tell her how much she has helped me out and how I couldnt have done it without her followed by a big hug. Good friends are one in a billion

Cook for her. Everyone loves food. My sister comes in from out of town and will cook for me. I think it is just so nice to be in a quite setting like a home and cook while they can just stand around and chat. Then we can sit and eat and catch up. Plus she does the dishes for me. That just tops it off. : )

The obvious answer is to tell her you love her. Do that, but thats NOT the answer. WAIT...Wait..and be her friend for YEARS. One day...she will REALLY, really, (really) need you. When that day comes. THAT is the time you SHOW her, you mean business.
THAT is the time she will KNOW....that you are serious about your relationship.

call her up and tell her. i do that to my friend a lot and she loves it. ill just call her up and say "____, your a really great friend" and then we just talk about how much we like eachother. its great and i really think thats what you should do
