Hmm...that's a good question. Honestly though, I doubt either one actually goes through with it. They said "Loser" has his head shaved. They aren't fighting. I think one of the two wrestler's representing them is going to be shaved.

Donald would look worse if he gets his head shaved. However I think Vince will loose the bet and have to shave his head at wrestlemania 23. It would give Vince another reason to hate the fans. He would be embarrassed to have his head shaved bald in front of everyone. Go Donald.

Donald, because his head is rounder, not to mention the fact that Donald will be more affected by being bald because he is more well known and more important. I hope that answers your question.
