Try Avon, Carsons, Wal-Mart, Target, CVS, Walgreens (my mom likes colored mascara, so I buy it and put it in her Christmas stocking)

Nutri-Metics use to sell all coloured mascaras I had the full range at one stage and there was purple, green, blue, black & brown & they also use to sell matching eye liners. You could try your local stores but most only seem to stock your regular colours including navy. You could try Rimmel or even Maybelline. I work in a KMart store and we stock a lot of the familiar brands & I haven't seen green or purple. You could even try Mary Kay. You would have to find Reps for Nutri-Metics & Mary Kay as these items are not sold in stores. Check the business section of your white pages phone book or maybe you could check to see if they have a web site and find out your nearest stockist /rep. If you find a phone number I'm sure they will put you in contact with your nearest rep.

No internet you say? Drat. Well there's still Sally's, and there is also Avon. Avon has a great mascara selection, especially in their teenager line called "Mark." If you don't have a rep, and don't want to order it online, you could always become a rep- and get the stuff for the discounted price.
My favorite by them is a dark violet-black, but they've had glitter, blue, green, silver, fuscia, etc.

i might use pink or blue, I even have green eyes and that's what looks maximum suitable. i like the eyeliner in colour greater ideal than the mascara in colour. I constantly placed on black mascara, yet i assume you are able to attempt the colour mascara too and spot how that is going.

They have blue in most stores with makeup, I'm not sure about purple and green though

i got a green one at walmart from the ALMAY line for green eyes, [i have brwn eyes] anyhoo look around if you know someone in Cali have them send u some.... i had my tia send me a purple one from some store.... hope i helped!
