Why did original lead singer Chuck Mosley leave the band. After there secound album Introduce Yourself?

According to wiki "He was fired from the band for a number of reasons, including alleged drug abuse ... and antagonistic behaviour (his relationship with guitarist "Big" Jim Martin reputedly descended into physical violence), though according to many he was let go because his bandmates considered him a poor vocalist: it has since been alleged by members of Faith No More that Mosely was given money with which to buy singing lessons, but spent it on quaaludes instead."
