Its simple. All you have to do is wash your face with a face cleanser (it is important that it is only for your face) two times a day, morning and night. Watch what you eat, try eating healthier, try talking to a nutritionist or look something up on the web. Also you might not know this but exercise is really important too. You must exercise regularly. Wearing sunscreen is very important if you want to keep looking young. So with these simple tips you should have a baby face in no time.

Drink plenty of water. Wash your face only twice a day ( do not abuse your face always washing) Avoid fatty foods, eat plenty of fruits like, oranges, apples etc. Eat lot of greens and do not apply any cosmatics except talcum powder. Last but not the least stop worrying about your pimples so that you can get rid of them quickly

They will go away as you age.
However, there are couple of natural remedies to control them. Interestingly both have to do with water.
1. Drink lots of water (hell lot of it). Atleast twice than what you normally consume. Water continuously purifies blood and helps remove the stuff that brings up the pimples.
2. Wash your face often.

Wash your hands a LOT! Your hands are the culprit. You touch your face CONSTANTLY with dirty hands. KEEP your hand clean. And wash your face. Then, you'll be fine. You DONT have to spend money on stuff. Just keep your hands AWAY from your face. The germs are ruining your skin, honey.

Here's my secret: Don't wear makeup and wash your face once a day. If you continue to load your face with that crap, you honestly can't be too surprised when you break out.
