Ask your teacher. I have my students write 5 sentence paragraphs. Yes, some paragraphs are two sentences long.

Yes, a paragraph can have 2 sentences, as long it has a topic sentence. However, it is recomended that a paragraph has at least 3 to 4 sentences.

Technicaly, a paragraph is defined as 3-5 sentences. A teacher probably wouldn't call 2 sentences a paragraph.

Yes. A paragraph can have any number of sentences as long as it has more then one. In normal writing most people would consider it bad style to only have or two sentences, but it is still technically a paragraph. A paragraph is technically a block of text/ something terminated by a hard return, and could actually be composed of 0 sentences, but such form would be reserved for usages such as poetry where normal grammatical conventions don't apply or for the title of something.

Yes. In a book, the paragraphs sometimes I have two sentences. It depends if it's worded well enough. Say if you use sentences like, "I ate meat. I am full" Then I would say you need more sentences, but if it is a log sentence then it is fine.

yes, because if it does not relate to the main ideas of other paragraphs, then you shouldn't just fit it in.. but start a new one :)
