Ahhhh! My mother use to give me caster oil washed down with a little orange juice for constipation. I really think it was for punishment !!! We have better things now a days. like a glass of prune juice followed up with a cup of coffee or two.Don't get far off, stay close by. I don't know if you had a question or not, you just sait caster oil and my mind went back 60 years and I began getting that sick feeling Ohhhhhh!

Not the best. Use cod liver oil instead. What are you doing with Caster oil, oiling your casters?

Orange flavored? - cod liver oil instead. Someone this past week mentioned how good it is for you and the orange flavor was pretty good.

Be wary, castor oil is also used in a poison known as ricin; however, I heard that it used to be in cough medicine, too...hmm...

But still, be wary.
