I was sitting in a restaurant, 2 waitress's-ages 16 & 23, & the owner(who's greek,) Has never HEARD of The Doors or Jim Morrison!!! (I'm like, no way!) but if you haven't seen the movie rent it!-it's awesome!

I love that movie! I've watched it many times. The details are amazing. I recommend watching a concert of The Doors after seeing the movie; the characters look so much like the "real" musicians that it is uncanny.

Not yet. As much as I love their music, and the fact that I happen to live where Jim Morrison was born I want to see the movie.

yeah well many poets from the past have been forgotten he will be rediscovered someday .. it's just the passing of time, Jim was one the best poets ever
