You did not say what state you live in. The law varies from one state to another.

In my state, California, the DUI driving schools are accredited by the state. Yes, there are a couple of DUI schools that you can take online--in this state. They verify your participation by interaction with the computer program and the videos, and an-online test. . One online druver's course says they are certified in Florida, Californian and Indiana. Check about your own state through their Department of Motor Vehicles, or whatever they call the agency that controls driver's licenses.

A DUI is not like a ticket where you might be able to traffic school. If you are facing a DUI charge and are looking to take some type of class, you should consult a local attorney to see if this is available as a sentencing option. Laws vary widely from state to state regarding the penalties for DUI.

To my knowledge, there is no on-line class available for those who have had their driving license revoked due to a DUI or DWI.

Revocation of a license to drive, whether cited for Driving Under the Influence or Driving While Intoxicated, requires the licensee to complete a state approved class before a "license to drive", or a "vehicular operators license" may be obtained.

For a fee, attorneys have been able to have a client's driving privileges reinstated.
