Finding your cache files!
Open Internet explorer and go to tools on your toolbar and then click on Internet options and click on your general tab and click on your settings and then view files and there is your cache! To remove them when you first click on the general tab you will see delete files and delete cookies that will empty your cache! Hope this helps you!

You can download this safe and free program called CCleaner, it will erase all that stuff. Or you can go to Tools, then choose Options in IE 6, or just Tools then delete browsing history in IE 7.Chow
