Although I am a guy, I've been "dared" into dressing up as Sailor Moon for a party. What clothes should I wear to make a good costume?

if you can't find an actual one, try
a cheerleader skirt
white boots
a plain white cotton or lycra spandex 3/4 sleeve top rolled up to show your tummy or cut in half
pig tails
