of course and I have also been the emotional support for friends, thats why the human connection is necessary... there is nothing wrong with giving or needing emotional support who ya gonna lean on in times of troubleif not your friends? (of course the xtians have their jesus I prefer a more physical and audible and empathic presence) its not USING so much as being comforted would you say a mother who just lost a child would not need emotional support ? if course she would, i do not think you understand the true meaning of the words or the actions of emotional support

What do you mean "used" and what do you mean "emotional support". Tell us what you really want to answer... Is this about having sex with someone because you were lonely, hurt, mad, or blue? It's O.K. It happens ALL the time. Just don't call it something else and it can work for both parties.

Why would one use someone for emotional support. That makes no sense. You'd just be proving yourself a user and emotionally bankrupt, and will end up needing more support anyways.

Of course. And I have been used for emotional support. It is human nature to need someone to lean on when in need. You just might have a problem that I'd understand you just need someone to lean on. Lean on me when your not strong and I'll help you carry on.
