and Urth Caffe SO GOOD...more than than just good coffee.

It depends on what you mean by "coffee shops." If you mean diner-style food, you could go to Mel's Diner up on Sunset (right at Sunset Plaza), the Coffee Shop at the Standard Hotel (around Sunset / Sweetzer or Olive, I think?), or Duke's at Sunset and San Vicente next to the Whiskey.

Go a little south by Beverly Center to Jerry's Deli on Beverly

There's also the French Market Cafe, Joey's, and Hugo's right on Santa Monica Blvd. between La Cienega and Fairfax.

If you mean "coffee" shops, you'll find no shortage of Coffee Beans, Peet's, and Starbucks on both Sunset and Santa Monica.
