so i'll be going to my first class next monday, and basically the semester had already begun a week and a half ago, meaning,,, EVERYONE basically has their "SEAT"/"DESK" to sit in already, so how can i get a seat, without someone yelling or being mean to me saying..."GET OUT , thats my seat"...or "your sitting on my seat".......augh, its the worse when some one is telling u to get out...

WHAT DO I DO? i don't want to get bullied

i'm also shy and quiet, any tips on making friends?
starting a conversation?

mostly everyone has their own ''clique'' so its extra hard, being the new kid

well you need to use some confidence because when you put yourself out there people will be more likely to open up to you. Don't worry about the cliques just go up to someone and ask them a simple question like hows it going and then introduce yourself and say that your new and you haven't made any new friends, 90% of people would be happy to be friends with you and help you out but you have to be confident and put yourself out there, nobody's going to open up to the shy person in the corner

I know how you feel, I moved a lot of times too.Maybe ask the teacher which desks are still free. If you have to be someone else other then you you shouldn't be friends with those people your real true friends look inseide of you not the outside. Don't do anyhting the crowd isn't doing that way teasing will be minimized. Ask if someone can show you around, maybe that will help starting a conversation. High school is one of the both easiest and hardest place to make friends. You should probally have some friends within the second week. People will come to you to be friends if you wait...Join a clique that best matches your personality something you like and easily fit into.Usually making one friend will make you friends with a clique soon.BE your ownself as well as some other people's actions. Good Luck and i'm sorry you had to leave your old friends in the first place!

You will do fine. Go into your classes and introduce yourself to your teachers and they will point you to a desk. Try to get into a conversation with other kids near you.. most people give off clues if they are nice enough - they'll speak to you first, ask if you want help, etc... Ask them a question. Try to get someone talking.

Try to join a club, band or a sport of some sort. That will help.

It'll take time but you'll find people.

I know i know...try to act extra nice and they will notice that they are being a little bit too mean and if they don't notice it... and try to be undercover like get your cellphone and pretend that you are on the phone with someone else when you see the other people walking your way you act all tough VERY TOUGH and they will punk out or actually be tough when they say get out of my seat you say no when you get those matters i just might and then be proud because if you keep looking like a punk they are going to keep picking on you because they think its funny seeing you suffer and when its lunch ask a teacher for extra help so you wont be near them ok..take my advice it will work i understand totally!
