In Tamilnadu,India we are getting sufficient Electricity though there may be some pockets where the voltage is low.
Moreover we are paying only for the electricity we use.

Tax and electricity has no link. Electricity is supplied by state Govt. and tax is paid on income / utility etc. Electricity is in demand and there will be shortage all the time. Govt. can not give sufficient electricity to all at all times.

U r question is right...but it have the answer too...tax is for utility and not for service and another point , we r paying paying electricity bill only the usage we consumed on it ( eg. if u have consumed 1200 units , u r gonna pay only for 1200 units) so we pay electricity bill for what we consume as same we pay tax for what we use

Because taxes are from the government, if you are having problems with your electricity you should take that up with the electric company.

Not paying taax is not a solution. At least the citizens should act honestly in paying their taxes. May be one day government will also wake up to the citizens' needs. So I think we should pay our taxes.

You didn't say what country. Some socialist/marxist places, for instance recently Venezuela, nationalize utilities, and bottom line the consumers are the losers.
