First I Think he was doing drugs because there are some times he's acting very weird (paranoid and can't talk straight) but now my second problem is I think he has shoe and feet fitish since he always masturbate with my sandals. ( I know but he don't want to admit it to me) and third and my biggest problem now is I think he might be bisexual. I think he play with (you know) when I'm not around.
He is very nice to me but there are some times like I feel like he's a different person. This different only takes place for about 3-4 hours and then he's back to normal again.
I am supposed to get married soon but now I 'm thinking that I might be making a huge mistake. I don't if it's just me being paranoid or thinking too much. He told me I should trust him but he always think I'm cheating even though I have done nothing to him. Pls. help me and pls. advise on what should I do

You need to trust him? Sure. But he needs to trust you, too !
If you are going to marry him, you need to knows AND ACCEPT him, and his sexual orientation. You need a frank and honest talk!
Playing with himself does not make him bi. Playing with Other men's parts, THAT makes him bi.
You might want to start by gently putting a foot (with sandal) in his lap. And SMILE.

You speak of marriage. YOU need more help than you are going to get in the LGBT section. That's the truth, girl, or guy, or whatever.
