yes most of the new webcams do have microphone builtin.
you can ask the sale person before you buy it if it has a microphone built in it.

not all. but majority of the webcams being manufactured right now usually has built in microphones with them. specially webcams from creative.

no because its too small to have a built in microphone and you would have to go really close to the wa\eb cam and then the person your talking to will be like wow you have a lot of pimples

nope they don't, i won't be surprise if they do, you know technology these days. But you can buy both separate that's for sure. Or if they are selling them together it will probably be expensive.
