how do i add sound to my wolf picture?

i want 2 make it howl.....

convert it into video (n-frames) and place the sound on another track. the number of frames will depend on the length of the sound.

I'm sure there might be an easier way, but I can't think of any.

You could use Macromedia Flash to make the wolf howl... or you can make the wolf howl in Powerpoint slide too.
