I admit that I didn't like him before that show but he has been the only stable thing in Anna's and Dannie's and the baby's life....I think he should keep the baby....I don't believe that the baby will be his.....it is just a terrible situation....if the baby is Birkhead's, will he automatically get her....Howard has lost everything....What is your opinion of Birkhead.... I haven't seen him anywhere...

I think it's significant that Anna Nicole put Howard on the baby's birth certificate -- it is clear that he was intended to be the baby's daddy and if nothing else, Anna Nicole knew how much he loved her and loved Daniel, and she trusted him to love the baby the same way.
Anna Nicole's death was a tragedy; it would be compounded by giving Dannielyn Hope to Larry Birkhead, even if he is her biological father: he is a scum-sucking paparazzo who is only in this for the publicity and the ca$h. Howard K. Stern was with Anna Nicole through thick and thin for over 10 years -- and anyone who watched that train wreck of a reality show knows how much he adored Anna Nicole and Daniel -- let him have a little peace and love in his life and raise the daughter Anna Nicole wanted him to have.

The baby is probably Larry's. Unfortunately. I don't like him either. I think everyone involved in this sordid story is after DanniLynn and any $ she might have coming. Howard's been there a long while, so I guess its natural he'd be around when they all start dying. and even if Larry is the natural father, he won't necessarily get custody. I also think Howard was her drug connection.
What really pisses me off is that Anna left no sure security for her daughter. She's been fighting for these millions of dollars for most of Daniel's life and now that she's dead, her daughter doesn't even have a sure roof over her head. She had enough money, why didn't she buy a house. One that was just hers and her children. What kind of legacy is she leaving for her daughter?!
I think this should be a lesson to us all to get things together so that if anything happens, at least your kids will be taken care of.

howard is not he legal husband...and he stays away cuz he is w/the baby where he should be...the child has lost her mother and big brothr and needs to have ppl w/her right now that she is bonded with no matter who that is for now...otherwise she could be damaged emorionally/mentally if she s yanked away from the only ppl she has known...which could cause her reactive attachment disorders or worse. if not the bio dad he still should be in her life with visitation cause thats what her mother wanted. anna should be buried by her son as she wished and expressed deeply. most everyone is focused on the money and not the baby right now... howard said he would give up executorship of the will so there would be no conflicts and let ron rale do it as he was listed as the alternate. the problem w/the will is if it was not rewritten after daniels death. because in the past before the baby she may have listed in the will that she would be buried in the U.S.....

The reason you have not seem him anywhere is that Howard K. Stern is using his status as the "husband" to keep him away. Larry Birkhead always said that he is the father, and I believe that he is the father. I believe that despite the objections of Howard K. Stern, there should be a DNA test, and if Larry Birkhead is shown to be the father, he should get custody.

He lost everything. I think the baby is everything to him now. Take it away and i don't know if would live for more than 5 years because this is the last thing he has. I don't think the baby is his either. Larry Birkhead probably is but i don't think he should have it because he doesn't care about the baby. He just wants any money that the baby might get at any time for himself.
