The Neptunes have a mix called "sick beat" it was the baseline behind those Nike Commercials two to three years ago with all of those guys dribbling and showing off street moves, like the guy who put the ball under his jersey and slapped it so it went around his torso underneath his jersey and than back out on the floor, remember those? Anyways that's a pretty sick beat, hence the name. I'd start off with that....
Maybe a mixx like some Method Man and Redman "Da Rockwilder" Trillville "Some Cut" (for high school the CLEAN version, lol) Fat Joe and R. Kelly "We Thuggin" Junior Mafia "Get Money" Nas "Made you Look" N.O.R.E. "Nothin" Snoop Dogg "What's my name" Biggie Smalls "Going back to Cali" Outkast "Rosa Parks" Craig Mack "Flava in ya Ear (remix)" Trick Daddy and Trina "Shut Up"
If you're not tryin to hear ol school I'd go with Monica and Dem Franchise Boyz "Everytime tha beat Drop" TI, Notorious B.I.G. and Twista "Shoulda Lean (DJ Flip remix)" Young Jibbs "Chain Hang Low" Young Jeezy and R. Kelly "Go Getter" maybe some Lil Scrappy and Young Buck "Money in da Bank"
hope that helps

What better song to warm up with than the Chicago Bulls Fight Song.
If you need a couple songs you simply can't go wrong with ACDC and Motley Cru. "Hell's Bells", "Thunderstruck", or "Kickstart to my Heart" are all great songs to fire you up.
If you're a rap fan go with Ice Cube "Bow Down"
