People shouldn't answer a question unless they have some knowledge or experience on the topic. It takes time to put together a helpful response. Its just the nature of answering a question that one comes off sounding like an expert.

All you have to do if that bothers you is to ignore the people you think are not truly as intelligent as they believe. But everyone wants to feel as if they are participating and contributing, and many are in fact helpful.
Also, next time you ask a question regarding being "smart", a little more proper spelling/ grammar would help.
