Republicans have a fair better sense of humor, we can laugh at ourselves quiet easily. While democrats take most situations to the extreme and have a difficult time laughing at their own blunders or ribbing their own party members. Look at the annual roasts in Washington, during the years with Republican administrations the roasts are much more light-hearted and serious topics are free game for the evening. Whereas roasts with democrats there are ALWAYS issues about whether or not a current event should be mentioned, let alone laughed at. Democrats take themselves too seriously.

Democrats, look at the democratic comedians; Al Franken, Steven Colbert, John Stuarte, David Lettermen. Now look at the republicans, Dennis Miller, Rush Limbaugh, George Bush.

Liberals big problem is that they take themselves way to serious.
As far as who has a better sense of humor, it would have to be whoever is more entertaining and therefore has more of an audience......Can you see where I'm going with this?
Let's just look at Talk Radio. Air America made a fair go of it with Al Franken and Jenean Garofalo. Now their on the Auction Block, why? Talk Radio needs a listening audience.
Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Mark Savage, Ann Coulter, Etc... Would be in the same place if no one was listening.
This is why Liberals have NPR, they have to be subsidized with Private Funding to stay on the air because no one gives a ****!

i became a Republican. The humor I heard from them became racist, it became quite some "n notice" "humor" and anti-Jewish "humor" and anti Mexican "humor" and anti-Catholic "humor". no longer humorous, in simple terms vicious and hateful. It became why I have been given out of the Republican party. i come across Democrats have lots greater effective senses of humor, Democrats appreciate existence greater, somewhat than finding for human beings to hate like Republicans, Democrats appreciate the ideal in human beings, they appreciate existence greater, they're so lots greater exciting.

Just ask this Republican this joke... Whats identical about OJ Simpson and GWBush? A: They got away with murder.

Then watch the Republican's reaction to your joke. They don't have any sense of humor, man. Not a shred.
