Marin moves into her new place. And Cash ends up becoming her housemate until he finishes fixing up the place. Jake and Lynn are engaged and before he can tell Marin she hears it from someone else and gets a little tipsy and ends up making out with Cash in front of the fire. Patrick and Annie go to New Yoprk to meet her parents. Little rocky at first but it ends up he gets excepted into the family. Hope that helps.
