I just got 2 Otos a few days ago, but I currently don't have any algae growing in my tank. I have algae wafers to feed them but I'm not sure how much or how often.

Each night would be good. One wafer should feed both of them, after all they are small little guys.

Yeah algae wafers are good but I heard that they are not very nutricious. Try some fresh vegetables too but make sure to blanch them. There are some great websites on oto feeding.

Experiment with different foods and you should be able to tell what they really like!

my Otto's like zucchini and cucumbers cut back a small piece off and peel it make certain you boil it for around 5 minutes to make it softer and positioned it in once you shut the sunshine offs. additionally there is microscopic organisms the otto will consume and there is algae you cant see. you may wanna get 2 greater otto via fact they p.c. to be in communities
