is anyone aware of a person going to court and winning the case against smoking ban ? if you know then please send me the link or out come

get into a search on the case of the attempted smoking ban in Abilene, Tx dude---they brought this thing in and thought they had a walk through--- don't know the way in which they stopped it--but they did !! The newspaper archives there must be loaded with the stories on the thing and how it all went down !!

I've been practicing law since 1993 and I am not aware of any successful legal challenges to smoking bans nor am I aware of legal grounds to challenge such a ban.

Here's a good "WTF?" for ya,
In Dallas Texas you cannot smoke in a Restaurant but Pets are allowed on the restaurants dining patio. So ya can't smoke, but a dog can take a **** right next to you while you enjoy your meal.
