You can try kegel exercises.

These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine.

Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over, about 200 times a day. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.

Kegeling provides many benefits:

Conditioned muscles will make birth easier, and your perineum will more likely be intact (fewer tears and episiotomies)
Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
It can prevent prolapses of pelvic organs
It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

I knew a girl named Virginia once...she was actually pretty loose, from what I understand. Maybe she became tight with her money as she learned responsibility...I really don't know what this has to do with women's health however. If you meant to type vagina, then I can only tell you what I have heard...exercise the muscles there some of the other answerers above mentioned the exercise, but I personally have no idea how one does it, since I am not a woman...avoid sex for a long time...and after a few decades, if you remain celebate long enough, it might get tighter.

Hmmm. Virginia get tighter by drinking more mint juleps.

A vagina gets tighter by exercising. An army ob/gyn doctor was giving instructions to new mothers. He told them tensing a muscle down there would give it grip. To learn the muscle, he told them to sit on the toilet, pee, then stop the stream, repeating until no pee left.

Thats how to identify the muscle. Next, anytime you're sitting around doing nothing, start flexing that muscle (but don't pee).

My wife is not only tight, she can grip/release me rather rapidly too. Amazing.

Do you mean vagina? I know that when I wouldn't have sex for like 2 weeks it felt tighter. I believe you can do some exercises where you squeeze internally and release. Do this as many times as you want.
Do not douche like it is suggested above, this can give you an infection and your body does not need it, it cleans itself naturally. Gynecologist told me.

Vagina?

There are lots of possibilities. here.

If you are talking about the muscles of the vaginal wall slackening somewhat after a vaginal birth, then the answer is Kegel exercises. You can find plenty of information on-line, and it's NOT porn. These are a good idea for both men and women. For men, they help with ejaculatory control, and for women, they help to enhance pleasure, make orgasm easier and as you age, help to prevent urinary incontinence.

If you're talking about involuntary tightening, then what you're talking about is a problem called vaginismus. I'm give you a link.

I suppose the best way to tighten it, is to exercise it. Do sit ups, or leg lifts every day. When you pee, try and stop and go. When you have sex, try to tighten the vagina around your man's maleness and hold it as long as you can during intercourse, Frankly I think you both will enjoy that way too much.

If that fails, do Plastic surgery.

Well now, I have never known one to get tighter.

They just seem to loosen up with use and childbirth.
