The facial system I use is great as well. It comes from the same company and produces better results with less harm to the skin than having machine treatment for microdermabrasion.

Nuetragena Oil Free Cream Cleanser followed by St. Ives Apricot Scrub. (Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask works for the occasional breakout.)
Drink alot of water too.

Try not eating a lot of sweets and try not drinking a lot of sodas. I almost never wash my face. I occasionally have a pimple, but not very often.

Drink tons of water and don't eat fatty foods or lots of chocolate

I have 3 things....
I drink plenty of water every day
I only use products that hydrate my skin
I inherited very good genes.
