Of course she survives the show is centered around her. The real questions are does her mother survive and does her relationship with Derek survive. She has power of attorney on her mother who needs surgery but now Meredith is out cold and Derek proposed but she tod him no liek it was nothing serious. One of those situations may make her recovery problematic.

the name of the next episode is "some kind of miracle" so i don't think she's going to die...but after searching all night a lot of the spoiler sites are saying a main character WILL die...i hope it isn't christina or preston!!! by the way...i think Corev(sp?) is gonna fall in love with the pregnant jane doe!

She will somehow survive. I don't know how...but they wouldn't kill off the character named after the show.

Wow, that was an intense episode. I just don't see how they can kill her off, but it sure looks like she'll die.
