everytime i go on the internet and try opening other web pages it says this pag can't be display i have tried everything even upgrading my software i have called compaq and my internet provider but have had no help on my tool bar i have a arrowgoing down with a magnifing glass and it says your search is resticted to a certain web site help i just bought this laptop a month ago

Download the http://companion.yahoo.com toolbar, and run the Norton anti adware/spyware that comes with it for free. You have an adware virus that is not letting the browser work as designed.
