She seems to be breathing ok and when i pick her up her color comes back.

I believe that it is ok, I have 3 kids, and my 17 month old twins STILL do it, and I cant tell you how many times Ive ran and shook them kids thinking something was wrong!! My 4 month old does it alot too, I think its normal?

It might be an issue with her blood or her heart, or she might not be breathing as well as you think. Anyway, I don't pretend to be a baby expert; but if she were mine, I'd want to play it safe and call her pediatrician to ask for his or her opinion. A visit to the doctor might be in order.

I would be safe and call my baby doctor about this. Even if its just talking to the doc on the phone. It would scare me to have a baby do this to me. I never had my daughter do this.

she could stop breathing up when you touch she starts again. ask you doctor he may want to do some test/
