where is the best place to find the cheapest clothing textiles in the philippines? is there a textile factory that we people can go directly for small quantities?

in cebu or in davao, go to gaisano mall, it's like tutuban centermall and they really offer cheap prizes there for textile.
in manila, don't got o metro gaisano coz it's a bit higher better go to divisoria, on in QC, in kamuning market or in Quezon City hall. they also have a market to help small enterprise.

Divisoria is the place to shop for the cheapest goods. Clothing textiles sold there are already cheap and you do not need to go to a textile factory when buying in small quantities. Factories entertain wholesale buyers only.

You try Divisoria particularly along Ilaya St., Tondo, Manila, Philippines. But do not buy along the sidewalk because the prices are already padded. You have to scout at the stalls inside the building along Ilaya St. because they sold textiles at wholesale prices.
I cannot recommend textile factories, beside the fac that I do not know any, I am quite sure that they entertain direct buyers only for customers who purchase big volume.

DIVISORIA is the best place (if you're in Metro Manila). Just take very good care of your belongings when you're there and try not to stand out (i.e. look like you're well-to-do), lest you become a target of holduppers or thieves there. I'm not trying to scare you. I've been there gazillion of times and nothing has happened to me. Bottomline is, just take good care of your belongings. Happy textile shopping!Ã

ilaya st. in divisoria is one, but if you want to avoid the crowd you can try kamuning (market), prices are not as cheap as divisoria but it is more comfortable to shop there.
