No, you couldn't. What you are feeling is something most people would call puppy love or "lust". You need find someone your own age. People say age doesn't matter, but that big of a gap does. For one it's illegal. For another you both have different intrests and wants and you will come to find out that your opinions will differ and likes and dislikes will change as you get older.

I believe at the age of 13 you are never truly in Love. A crush perhaps, but Love no. Plus 26 is way to old, they would have been your age when they were born.

Um sorry there's a huge age gap. 26 year old males think completely different from 13 year old females. =]

Of course not. more like a crush. He will break your heart. you should be around boys your age. Wait till he starts to get down your pants. where can he take you? to his place ,or somewhere will no one will see you 2 together and tell your parents. best be careful, you walking on dangerous ground
